RETURNS

3 DAY RETURN POLICY

Qualifying products* purchased online through tennishervelevine.com may be returned within 3 days from the original date of purchase. 

 

Exchanges are not available, only the option of return and receiving a gift Card to use on our website.  All shipping costs for returned merchandise are the sole responsibility of the customer; however, exceptions will be considered if the reason for the return is due to a technical or logistical error on the part of Tennis Hervé Levine.

All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a condition for resale, which requires that it also be accompanied by the original hang tags. Additionally, a purchase receipt from tennishervelevine.com is required. Once our warehouse is in receipt of your returned merchandise, they will process the gift code with the amount spent on your item. That way you a welcome to repurchase or buy a different product.
